Terms and Conditions

  1. You must have your Reservation Permit with you when you stay overnight in the hut/yurt.  The Reservation Permit is the order confirmation e-mail you receive when you make a reservation; please print this e-mail out (MTTA does not send paper permits via regular mail).
  2. You must be prepared for travel in the backcountry.  The treks to the huts involve over 4 miles of uphill travel and can be quite strenuous.
  3. Due to our public usage mandate with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources, there are no refunds for cancellations, because presumably another party would have reserved the hut if you had not.  However, if an MTTA volunteer is available, we will assist you with processing a cancellation; if we are able to fill your cancelled spots, you will receive a refund for the number of refilled spots (please use this email for cancellation requests).
  4. You must read the Terms and Conditions, Frequently Asked Questions and Hut Etiquette information.
